With Him We'll Stand Book

With Him We'll Stand is a beautiful book by Ray Johnson about his two brothers Stuart and Nathanael who were born nearly 16 weeks premature. The story includes beautiful paper collage illustrations as a backdrop to the words of the hymn, I Believe in Christ.

The words and illustrations of the book send a powerful message of the faith through adversity. Here is a description of the book from Ray's website:

This book is about Stuart and Nathanael, my twin brothers. They were born nearly 16 weeks premature-- more than 20 years ago.

To no one's surprise Nathanael lived only four days.

Stuart defied both science and reason and eventually came home to our family. He has had cerebral palsy all his life. But he is best defined by his grateful heart, his perseverance, and his native cheery temperament.

The calligraphy in the book was penned by Ray's brother Stuart. Ray has generously offered to sell the book for only $10 a piece, which includes sales tax, shipping and handling. Here are the instructions for ordering from Ray:

With Him We'll Stand Book

This book is beautiful, inspiring and uplifting. Whenever I read it I want to cry. I lend mine to others when they feel overwhelmed and discouraged by disabilities.

Love This Book

I sincerely love this book. The message is clear and powerful. It shines light and understanding of Stuart's world upon the minds of those who read it. The illustrations are brilliant as well. I would recommend this book to anyone.
