Is there age or ability restrictions?

I am wondering if there is a place here for a 34 year old male with Huntington's disease. His is a degenerative disease resulting in progressive loss of physical function. He is unable to hold a job or do complex things for himself but would enjoy getting out of the house and meeting people.
