i am hard of hearing, brain damaged and elderly. I am concerned about the apparent lack of effective electronic equipment available in the wards of which I have been a member: Burlington, Vermont, North Salt Lake and Capitol Hill, 2d Ward. The addition of infrared headsets in the meeting rooms AND the chapel would be of great benefit.

I tried to learn ASL last year at a university in Vermont, but found that I was unable to keep up primarily because of my cognitive limitations (working memory issue, specifically).
